About Choir Cottage

Choir Cottage is a 17th century stone built cottage, once a resting place for ostlers.

Latterly it was owned by the local church and let to the poor of the village, the monies raised were used to buy the gowns for the Choir - hence the present-day name.

The Cottage is quaint with many original features. Accommodation is to a high standard as confirmed in our Tourist Board and AA Classifications.

Choir House, adjacent, was built 35 years ago.
